At the age of 16, I left my home in the heart of Bavaria and moved to Australia where my life was turned upside down. I was spending much more time at home because I couldn’t speak the language, so Dad, who was a chef by trade was only too happy to teach me to cook. At the age of 21, I married a man who lived on vegemite sandwiches, steak and polony, so I made it my mission to expand his tastebuds. In the process, I realised that I felt at home in the kitchen and through cooking.

My love for traditional medicine and energy medicine is what fires me up and has seen me travel to Asia to train in Qi Gong and work with Tea Masters to become a Master Tea Blender. With over 25 years of experience in natural therapies, I am also a kinesiologist and Neuro Trainer who loves to share my knowledge with others. I look forward to helping you bring balance to your life through Qi Gong and kiniesiology.

I believe nurturing of the self is essential for a long, happy, healthy life. Through my own regular yoga practice, I have learnt to free my mind and body from the effects of stress and the busyness of life which so often leads to health problems. My mission is to spread inspiration, self-love, peace and healthy lifestyle choices through the practice of Yoga and Meditation. I love to see my students grow and really embrace their yoga and meditation practice resulting in them discovering how to heal themselves.

As one of six children and empathic, I learnt to be discerning of where I place my energetic focus during childhood. I grew up on a farm playing outdoors, but invariably when the energetic ‘noise’ got too loud, I would curl up on my bed to read… recalibrating… Still my favourite thing to do. I am always learning, reaching into consciousness and connections of the universe. I love communicating and connecting in other realms, however my work with others is about bringing practical application into being.

This led me to study to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with The Nutritional Therapy Association of Australia. I am passionate about helping people discover their best health through food, lifestyle and self-healing and believe that everyone can discover the best version of themselves through eating a Real Food diet.

I came to yoga after experiencing some serious health issues and fell in love during my first class. Every cell in my body seemed to wake up and say, "Finally...... we're home, ahhhhhhhhh". It was through my practice and teacher training that I discovered mantras. I love how they help me switch off the 'monkey-mind' and become more present, helping me connect to my authentic self. I’ve always been a wild child, a thinker, a nature lover. My holistic wellness journey was fast-tracked as I hit my 30s, with the loss of my Mother. As a new mother myself, I became a seeker; studying yoga, adopting a low-tox lifestyle, soul searching to understand my grief and anxiety, embracing and growing from my experiences. I am inspired by the intrinsic nature of individuals, the divine feminine, sisterhood and my two beautiful young children.

My life's journey has taught me how important it is to take time out for relaxation and self-care, and I love working as a sleep coach to guide others to sleep better and create a more balanced life. I came to sleep coaching through my own struggle with sleep, and I feel blessed to have found a modality that helps us to switch off our minds, relax our bodies, and get the sleep we need. I look forward to sharing these skills with you in a sleep-enhancing lead-in to bedtime, as well providing a peaceful space for self-reflection and connection.

I've had a long-winding path to finding my passion for sound-healing. It had become normal, pushing myself to my limits as we tend to do in a busy rushed society. As a parent, real estate agent of 16 years, goldfields driller, cray fisherman, kick boxer and iron man, I’ve worn many hats. It wasn’t really until I experienced Qi Gong and Dao that I ultimately formed a basis for my initial passion for sound and movement. After that first initiation, I received a big push in 2010 that saw so many extreme lifestyle changes; My goal is to invite others into a space of deep healing that I’ve been cultivating mindfully since 2012. With so much uncertainty in the world right now, there’s nothing I see more important than protecting, healing and honing our personal energies so that, even in fear, we can show up for ourselves and the ones we love.
