At the age of 16, I left my home in the heart of Bavaria and moved to Australia where my life was turned upside down. I was spending much more time at home because I couldn’t speak the language, so Dad, who was a chef by trade was only too happy to teach me to cook. At the age of 21, I married a man who lived on vegemite sandwiches, steak and polony, so I made it my mission to expand his tastebuds. In the process, I realised that I felt at home in the kitchen and through cooking.
I engage best when my body, mind and soul are validated and nourished which I do through continual learning, increasing awareness and broadening my perspectives. My life journey includes many adventures delving into natural health, fitness, wellness and lifestyle practices which I am excited to share with you. It is truly a privilege to contribute to another person’s learning journey, to invoke deeper meaning or greater perspective and I am deeply touched that you allow me by a part of yours.
For Women / Spirituality
I’m not one to shy away from growth and the unknown, moving freely with the ebbs and flow life brings upon its journey, showing up authentically in places I am required. These attributes have granted me the ability to experience many different versions of myself. With a commitment to living my best life; in love, truth and compassion toward myself and those around me. My role is in helping others to stand in their power and find their sparkle through emotional wellbeing, mental health and holistic living.
Fay Savage - Winter
Qigong & Kiniesiology
My love for traditional medicine and energy medicine is what fires me up and has seen me travel to Asia to train in Qi Gong and work with Tea Masters to become a Master Tea Blender. With over 25 years of experience in natural therapies, I am also a kinesiologist and Neuro Trainer who loves to share my knowledge with others. I look forward to helping you bring balance to your life through Qi Gong and kiniesiology.
For Women / Meditation
Over the years, I have had the privilege of walking along side many on their journey towards self-love and acceptance through my work as a facilitator of health and well-being events. Passionate about mental health and connection, I am here, ready to connect with you as we hold space for each other, celebrating our individuality and growing ourselves, in our own way to live our best lives.
Yoga - Meditation
I believe nurturing of the self is essential for a long, happy, healthy life. Through my own regular yoga practice, I have learnt to free my mind and body from the effects of stress and the busyness of life which so often leads to health problems. My mission is to spread inspiration, self-love, peace and healthy lifestyle choices through the practice of Yoga and Meditation. I love to see my students grow and really embrace their yoga and meditation practice resulting in them discovering how to heal themselves.
As one of six children and empathic, I learnt to be discerning of where I place my energetic focus during childhood. I grew up on a farm playing outdoors, but invariably when the energetic ‘noise’ got too loud, I would curl up on my bed to read… recalibrating… Still my favourite thing to do. I am always learning, reaching into consciousness and connections of the universe. I love communicating and connecting in other realms, however my work with others is about bringing practical application into being.
Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
I’ve seen the decline in human health. I’ve seen how our children’s health through the generations is not what it used to be and this saddens me. I wanted to make a difference. This led me to study to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with The Nutritional Therapy Association of Australia. I am passionate about helping people discover their best health through food, lifestyle and self-healing and believe that everyone can discover the best version of themselves through eating a Real Food diet.
With a background in Physiotherapy, Kiniesiology and Sports Physical Therapy, I am a "Happy at all ages" expert. With 40 years of experience, I am proficient in many natural health therapies and am dedicated to giving ongoing support and teaching tools that produce measurable results, which are solid and long lasting. My aim is to educate and support you to stay fit, flexible and mentally sharp! Let me share my knowledge and expertise with you!
I came to yoga after experiencing some serious health issues and fell in love during my first class. Every cell in my body seemed to wake up and say, "Finally...... we're home, ahhhhhhhhh". It was through my practice and teacher training that I discovered mantras. I love how they help me switch off the 'monkey-mind' and become more present, helping me connect to my authentic self. I hope they do the same for you and I can’t wait to share Morning Mantras with Holistic Wellness Community.
Chiara means light and what I am in this life time is a light worker. I am passionate about sharing light and truth with whoever is ready to brighten their energy and take personal responsibility for their own growth. Years of study and research have resulted in me using reiki, yoga, movement and many other energy healing modalities to deliver simple yet life changing techniques to those who want to live their best life.
Finding your purpose. Being well. Just being. With a dedication to the glorious wealth everyone provides on this earth, I have combined a lifetime of skill working in the trauma space with counselling and yoga training to provide stillness and joy. Having spent 20 years in primary health care working in high trauma spaces, I have developed skills in compassion. Providing yoga and sound meditation to support people to know their skills and reach their full potential is my passion.
Yoga / Kid's / Meditation
I’ve always been a wild child, a thinker, a nature lover. My holistic wellness journey was fast-tracked as I hit my 30s, with the loss of my Mother. As a new mother myself, I became a seeker; studying yoga, adopting a low-tox lifestyle, soul searching to understand my grief and anxiety, embracing and growing from my experiences. I am inspired by the intrinsic nature of individuals, the divine feminine, sisterhood and my two beautiful young children.
Meditation / Spirituality
I jumped over the abyss, left my job and had no idea what I was going to do next. I called out for Divine Guidance, and the next morning, my answer was given.... Dance your Qi and Elemental Movement Meditation was my new direction and new love. Living from my Heart Wisdom is now a natural part of life for me. I am a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapist, which allows me to further extend my vision of showing others the way back to their divine self and remember who they are in their essence.
As an holistic therapist, I practice and teach the Art of Feminine Alchemy, a powerful transformational experience that has changed my relationship towards myself, my body and other women to one of much more love and appreciation. It gives me so much joy to see women drop their insecurities and step into their quiet place inside where they can hear the whisper of their soul. It is pleasure and honour to work with so many conscious women who keep wanting to grow as we always learn from each other.
Relaxation / Meditation / Sleep Therapy
My life's journey has taught me how important it is to take time out for relaxation and self-care, and I love working as a sleep coach to guide others to sleep better and create a more balanced life. I came to sleep coaching through my own struggle with sleep, and I feel blessed to have found a modality that helps us to switch off our minds, relax our bodies, and get the sleep we need. I look forward to sharing these skills with you in a sleep-enhancing lead-in to bedtime, as well providing a peaceful space for self-reflection and connection.
Holisitic Counsellor / Pilates
Driven by the desire to help others through the rocky path’s of their lives, I have a passion for helping people and bringing them together. As a trainer, facilitator and holistic counsellor, my focus is on mental health and wellness and I am always excited to assist in the facilitation of the health of others. I am delighted to share with you classes that will assist in relaxation and anxiety management.
I'm a very down to earth person who believes individuals have the power within to make their lives more comfortable… that each of us have personal resources that can be brought forth, enabling the authentic healing process to begin. My working life has been in the disability, fostering and mental health sector until life-changing events guided me to become an art therapist… something that I am excited to share with you all.
One thing so very clear about life is how important it is to develop a healthy dose of self-love, acceptance and empowerment so as to face this journey full of challenges. It's from this place of centredness you connect to your authentic self, opening the pathway for your return to a place of wholeness and inner peace. And that's the reason I do what I do... because I care so much about the self-esteem of others. I'm here to help you rise up, live your passion and purpose, and be the person you're here to be!
Ever since I was a little a girl, I have loved all things spiritual. I am most at home amongst the angels and use massage, tarot cards, runes, pendulums and crystals as my tools of choice. My passion is to walk alongside people in their journey, assisting them to achieve their goals and aspirations so they can live the life they dream of. I am excited to share with you the gift of sound healing.

Art / Crafts
I'm deeply passionate about creative crafting and love to spread love and kindness through beautiful crafts, sharing inspiration and methods to create magical masterpieces. I love to spend time in nature foraging for things like gumnuts, sticks, feathers, rocks, leaves, shells absolutely anything I may be able to craft with… thank mother nature for her gifts before turning them into a piece of art. I’d be honoured if you joined me in this nature based creative process.
I am a STUDENT OF LIFE attempting to understand the essence of who we are and live my life to the fullest. I believe in ancient eastern wisdom for health, peace, love and Life and using the body and mind for well-being. Having been a student of yoga from early childhood, I look at yoga as a way of life in addition to twisting and turning the body like a pretzel. My ability to integrate daily experiences with modern day science and tenets of eastern wisdom result in my classes being unique and enriching.
I've had a long-winding path to finding my passion for sound-healing. It had become normal, pushing myself to my limits as we tend to do in a busy rushed society. As a parent, real estate agent of 16 years, goldfields driller, cray fisherman, kick boxer and iron man, I’ve worn many hats. It wasn’t really until I experienced Qi Gong and Dao that I ultimately formed a basis for my initial passion for sound and movement. After that first initiation, I received a big push in 2010 that saw so many extreme lifestyle changes; My goal is to invite others into a space of deep healing that I’ve been cultivating mindfully since 2012. With so much uncertainty in the world right now, there’s nothing I see more important than protecting, healing and honing our personal energies so that, even in fear, we can show up for ourselves and the ones we love.
I am so blessed. After 30 yrs of Yoga practice and spiritual journeying I feel joyful about sharing the keys to opening our whole lives to love and surrender.. breathe with me and love what you do. Hari Om
