In this 4-week course, Priya will teach you the foundations in a light-hearted, open yet powerful way. Moving through postures and practical tools safely, each week you will explore a deeper layer and the corresponding energy centres or Chakras, from the physical to the subtle.
By exploring different modalities, you can choose what works best for you and adapt it to suit your lifestyle. Over time you will feel confident enough to try something new. Try not to get hung up on the how and return to your why.
