A blend of mindfulness, body awareness, meditation, positive intention and specific spinal movements that will help to release tension. Assists in removing physical, emotional and chemical blockages that are stored in the nervous system.

Dance Your Qi
Cathy will teach a set of choreographed movements based on Wu Tao. This dance will be performed to carefully selected music which increases the flow of Qi through the body. When Qi is flowing through the body without blockage, mental and physical energy become clearer.

Qi Gong
Qi means energy and gong means cultivation or work, so Qigong means energy work. Qi gong is the grandmother of Tai Chi, it has a spiritual, medical and martial component to it, involving soft gentle movement that facilitates healing for the mind, body and spirit. Participate in sequences that work on specific organs that vibrate with the correlating season and element; increasing Qi (energy) which is then harnessed and moved through the body for healing and general wellbeing. Suitable for all ages and abilities including Seniors and people with limited mobility.
