    Quieten your inner voice and find stillness with mantras. Join Lisa as she teaches you various mantras that will allow your energy to remove inward and assist you to find peace and clarity.

    with Shaan, Sue, Chloe, Shyamala & Indigo Grace

    Whether you are beginning your day, or winding down at the end of the day, our facilitators have you covered with guided meditations that will calm your nervous system, leaving you feeling calm and at peace.

    Makko Ho Stretches

    Improve your health by bringing your body into balance with Makko Ho Stretches. These stretches are designed to open the meridians or energy pathways in the body resulting in improved organ function. Cathy will combine this with a spoken meditation.

    Yoga Nidra is a state between waking, dreaming and sleeping… it is a state where you can gain complete rest while remaining fully conscious. After practicing yoga nidra, you will feel more rested and energised. The deep relaxation can help those suffering from insomnia, high blood pressure, poor circulation, tension and stress as well as chronic physical pain. What a wonderful way to end your weekend!

    Relaxation & Meditation for Less Stress & Better Sleep

    Melissa is a sleep coach and meditation teacher who will be sharing a blend of Qi Gong, Meditation, The Sounder Sleep System and Restorative Yoga to help you get a great night’s sleep. Calm and clear your energy, release stress and relax deeply in order to maximise good sleep, healing and health.
