Improve your health by bringing your body into balance with Makko Ho Stretches. These stretches are designed to open the meridians or energy pathways in the body resulting in improved organ function. Cathy will combine this with a spoken meditation.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a state between waking, dreaming and sleeping… it is a state where you can gain complete rest while remaining fully conscious. After practicing yoga nidra, you will feel more rested and energised. The deep relaxation can help those suffering from insomnia, high blood pressure, poor circulation, tension and stress as well as chronic physical pain. What a wonderful way to end your weekend!

Melissa is a sleep coach and meditation teacher who will be sharing a blend of Qi Gong, Meditation, The Sounder Sleep System and Restorative Yoga to help you get a great night’s sleep. Calm and clear your energy, release stress and relax deeply in order to maximise good sleep, healing and health.
