Drumming

Positive mental health outcomes and community connection are our two biggest passions! And drumming ticks both of those boxes in a huge way. Music is the universal language and Holistic Wellness Community provides opportunities for people to collaborate with each other and experience the connection and joy that comes with making music in the moment. This allows participants to feel connected, like they belong... and this sense of belonging is what builds community. Our unique formula means that participants can become accomplished drummers in a very short period of time, which builds confidence and self-esteem.

With more than 60 djembe drums, we can cater for groups as small as 20 or as many as hundreds. Our experienced facilitators are infectiously positive so the participants are impacted long after the conclusion of the circle.
