“Activities” means allactivities that are included in the Harmony Gathering Inc events. “CCA” means
the Competition and consumer Act 2010. “Damage” includes death, or a physical or mental injury of an individual (including the aggravation, acceleration, or recurrence of such an injury to the individual) as that term is defined in the CCA.

Only one ticket is valid perticket purchased. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of
falsifying entry.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANYTICKET will be given except during cancellation of the event by the seller, or circumstances required by Live Performance Australia code of practice for Event
Ticketing (www.liveperformance.com.au).

All tickets arenon-refundable including those purchased with a payment plan. If you select a payment plan, your tickets will be reserved at the time of purchase. Once your account is paid in full, your tickets will be delivered. If we are unable to process any scheduled payment, we will contact you to update your payment information. If you do not complete your payments as planned, your order may be
subject to cancellation, and you will forfeit any previous payments. Please note that if the order is cancelled, you will lose your ticket reservation, and the tickets will be returned to the inventory for another customer to purchase.

This ticket may be valid asa tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.

The Event Organiser reservesthe right to refuse entry.

This is a psychedelic andillicit substance free event.

This is an alcohol free event.

Any persons who are noisy, drunk, under the in fluence of drugs, threatening or unruly will be asked to
leave the premises.

In line with our core valueof embracing diversity and inclusivity, the Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering
is an event where ALL women are welcome (this means women and people who
identify as women). Anyone who cannot respect this and causes disruption will
be asked to leave the event.

The event organiser has allrights to film, photo and video production of this event.

Harmony Gatherings Inc &Harmony Retreat Meelon reserve the right to alter the date, the venue and the entertainment and activities as advertised, without prior notice to you. Only in the case of a date change is there a possibility of a refund which is determined by Harmony Gatherings Inc. Please contact Us for details in this instance to determine your eligibility for a refund.

If the date, time, or venueof an event is rescheduled or changed, your ticket will remain valid for the
rescheduled date, time, and venue.

If the event is cancelled atany time due to unforeseen circumstances of Harmony Gatherings Inc or Harmony Retreat Meelon, a full refund will be issued to all patrons (minus unrecoverable booking fees), unless it is within 1 week of the event. If the event is cancelled and cannot be postponed within 1 week of the event, due to circumstances outside of the control of Harmony Gatherings Inc or Harmony
Retreat Meelon (such as a snap lockdown), refunds will be issued minus 15% to cover a portion of the unrecoverable costs.

Should the event bepostponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Harmony Gatherings Inc or Harmony Retreat Meelon, and the ticket holder cannot attend the new date; a refund will not be issued. However, the ticket holder is able to resell their ticket via Tixel.

Any data collected formarketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the
Privacy of Information Act. Your ticket is your TAX INVOICE (Harmony Gatherings Inc ABN: 24 255 426 175).

The activities arerecreational and some involve a significant degree of risk and exertion. As such certain implied consumer guarantees which might otherwise apply under the CCA may be excluded by the operation of this waiver.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Iacknowledge that some of the activities involve a degree of danger, risk and
hazard which may result in damage, loss, cost or expense. I agree that I will engage in these activities at my own risk. I acknowledge that this document represents a release and discharge from legal responsibility in favour of Carolyne Forte, Michelle Cherry, and all persons associated with Harmony
Gatherings Inc or Harmony Retreat Meelon. I have read the document and understand its nature and effect and I agree to the terms freely and voluntarily. I agree to take note and abide by all Rules, Warning Notices and instructions issued by Harmony Gatherings Inc or Harmony Retreat Meelon staff.
I agree that my continued participation in the activities is conditional upon strict compliance with the rules, Warning Notices and instructions by Harmony Gatherings Inc and Harmony Retreat Meelon staff.

WAIVER To the full extentpermitted by law, I agree to waive and release Harmony Gatherings Inc and
Harmony Retreat Meelon from all actions, claims or suits no matter how they occur including for negligence, breach of contract and under section 64 and 64A of the Australian consumer law with respect to any loss, cost expense or Damage I might suffer because of undertaking the activities, using the equipment and facilities, or receiving training or instruction relation to the activities.

DISCLOSURE I do not sufferfrom any physical, mental or other condition which may affect my ability to
safely undertake the activities offered at this Harmony Gatherings Inc event.

WARRANTY I warrant that I am not at the time accessing Harmony Gatherings Inc under the influence of a drug or alcohol. I have a reasonable degree of fitness and I do not suffer a condition that will affect my ability to participate in the activities.

CONSENT I consent torepresentatives of Harmony Gatherings Inc and Harmony Retreat Meelon taking any necessary action to assist with my welfare including the administration of any emergency medical treatment or the engagement of medical services. I also agree to be responsible for and indemnify Harmony Gatherings Inc and Harmony Retreat Meelon for the cost of any treatment incurred for my welfare.

I consent to the use of myimage for promotional purposes while promoting Harmony Gatherings Inc and Harmony Retreat Meelon and any of their affiliates.

MISCELLANEOUS Each provisionin this agreement is individually severable. If any provision is or becomes illegal, unforeseeable or invalid it is to be treated as being severed from this agreement, but the rest of the agreement will not be affected.

MEDIA RELEASE I agree to thefollowing: You have the right to photograph me on film or video or digital recording media for use in promotion media such but not limited to websites, social media or television. I acknowledge that you own all rights (including copyright) in the recordings.
