Our primary focus through our wellness retreats is to introduce tools and techniques which support positive mental health and to provide spaces for authentic connection. They occur as day retreats or camp overs. Experienced facilitators, Michelle and Carolyne will foster mindfulness by teaching participants a variety of new skills, whilst encouraging them to let go and have a heap of fun.
